In collaboration with our suppliers, we develop innovative technologies for processing new materials in the fields of making-up and printing. These developments have been patented.

Our production, storage and office area currently covers more than 2000 m².
Sewing machines
Our pool includes light to heavy machines of all sizes built by leading manufacturers. Thanks to our skilled personnel, we can consequently process all standard yarn sizes and materials.
We have sewing machines with long and short arm, as well as 1-4 needle sewing machines allowing us to work on a large range of projects. Maximum precision is assured by computer-aided motors and state-of-the-art drive systems. This also ensures exceedingly uniform seams.
Plotters / cutters
Professionally prepared drawings / blanks can be read in, processed and plotted quickly.
Precision is also assured by the vacuum table on which the materials are held by a vacuum. The exceptionally large working area makes it possible to accept and undertake large projects.
It goes without saying that blanks are individually cut to customers' wishes.
State-of-the-art technology makes it possible to work with many different materials.
HF welding machines
Our HF welding machine is one of the most powerful in Europe, with an extremely high output of 22 kW.
Use of the thermal pulsed process not only ensures a clean and firm weld, but also does so on a large variety of materials. We will gladly test it on your preferred material.
Thanks to the high storage capacity of the FIAB 900, completed orders can be reproduced and made up with the same execution. In other words, we can guarantee enduring quality of the welds.
Large projects can also be realized, thanks to our working table with a minimum length of 25 metres.
