Since the mid-1980s, men and women have received training in our company in the field of technical textile processing, from apprenticeship through journeyman to master craftsman.
Top quality in production, flexible execution and innovative solutions all-round are guaranteed by an efficient pool of machinery with state-of-the-art welding and sewing machines!
Our production, storage and office area currently covers more than 2000 m².
Sewing machines
Our pool includes light to heavy machines of all sizes built by leading manufacturers. Thanks to our skilled personnel, we are able to process all standard yarn sizes and materials .
We have sewing machines with long and short arms, as well as 1-4 needle sewing machines allowing us to work on a large range of projects. Maximum precision is assured by computer-aided motors and state-of-the-art drive systems. This also ensures exceedingly uniform seams.
Plotters / cutters
Professionally prepared drawings / blanks can be read in, processed and plotted quickly.
Precision is also assured by the vacuum table on which the materials are held by a vacuum. The exceptionally large working area makes it possible to accept and undertake large projects.
It goes without saying that we are able to cut individually to our customers' wishes.
State-of-the-art technology makes it possible to work with many different materials.
HF welding machines
Our HF welding machine is one of the most powerful in Europe, with an extremely high output of 22 kW.
Our machines ensure a clean and firm weld, but also does so on a large variety of materials. Further we have the possibility of thermal impulse welding. We will gladly test it on your preferred material.
Thanks to the high storage capacity of the FIAB 900, completed orders can be reproduced and made up with the same execution. In other words, we can guarantee enduring quality of the welds.
Large projects can also be realized, thanks to our working table with a minimum length of 25 metres.
Together with our second FIAB-machine with 16kW we are in the fortunate position to cover almost every request of our customers.
PTFE- und Silicone welding machines
High-quality and long-lasting materials like PTFE- and silicone-coated fibreglass fabrics gain in importance more and more.
Thanks to the technically sophisticated machines we are able to handle these fabrics easily. With many possible setting options efficient work can be combined with our high quality standards.
Our qualified personell will handle every challenge with these great machines.
Large-format printer
Of course also our machines in the large-format printing sector are state-of-the-art.
We are able to print textiles sewless up to a width of 320cm and with 600dpi.
Our well-trained personell assist you with your project from the vision to the ready made product.
We print (truck- and trailer-) tarpaulins, advertising banners, flags, mesh textiles and many more.
